Oddly enough, as I browsed over to this, I am indeed eating tuna.
I have a weak spot particularly for crab and sushi.. Sssuuuusshhhiii.
Salmon's a favourite....pardon the recipe!
Simple Salmon
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 1/2 lbs Maine salmon steaks or fillets
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley

Preheat oven to 400. Place salmon in baking dish. Combine vinegar and lemon juice; pour over fish. Sprinkle with garlic salt, dried basil, and dried parsley. Cover and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes.
Except for canned tuna of course.
