Most of the B&W designs you see in her gallery are originally tattoo designs. She more or less is in the business of tattoo designing (you can commission her for something personal or pay $15 for a premade design) though she does not actually tattoo people.

She makes her living off her commissions.

Its totally worth it, I have one of her original designs (my commission, not shown in her gallery) on my shoulder. It was worth the $300 and mind numbing pain, lol
