Thanks!  I start with my lightest colors first and work in layers.

ohhhh so prismacolor just goes on evenly, without any signs of blending? because ij ust use regular Crayola colored pencils and if I tried that style, it'd look like I was blending the colors. I also love how you can't see the direction of the pencil lines. how do you do that? Sorry for all the questions, I just love your traditional art.

Thanks!

Prismacolor does blend and much better than Crayola pencils at that. The individual fur pieces must be sketched out and maintained during all layers of colors. It takes a lot of work but has great results.

I get rid of my pencil lines by using the Prismacolor colorless blender. :)

no problem! ^^

wow... that does sound like it takes a lot of work, but as you said, it does have great results! and they are visible so you can see time and effort were definitely there! thanks so much for answering those questions. You don't mind if I try that style out do you? (you know, when I get some prismacolor, and to that level, lol)

You may use my style for practice and fun and such but I'd prefer if you made strides towards developing your own personal style as well.  :)
