"Through all that has been and all that will be..."
Check it out... WildSpirit's done and posted a piece of personal art.  Actually, I've had this done for a few weeks now, I just never got around to scanning it in. Now that I have my new sacnner, that's not so much of an issue.  Anyway, several weeks back, I woke up one morning with the idea of Tahlin and Haku posed in a nuzzle but with their heads, necks, and forelegs comprising a heart shape. I wanted to see how well this would work and at the same time, try to incorprate a "pieceier" style of lineart than has been my usual lately. Actually, it's sort of similar to how I used to do my lineart all the time.  After sketching and inking, I decided that I would go full out experimental and try out the "color theory" method of coloring and shading that I had recently learned the fundamentals of. That's why there's green/cream/purple streaks in their fur. I'll get the hang of this one day... And yeah, I know Haku came out a little bit too light in this one.  Many thanks to ^Katmomma for the guidance, encouragement, and teaching of this concept.
