Battle Of Wills - Lineart Commission by WildSpiritWolf Battle Of Wills - Lineart Commission by WildSpiritWolf
This is :iconscarlet-wnd: 's completed lineart commission, one of two, this one of Scarlet fiercely battling an inner demon.

:bulletred: I do apologize for the obnoxious watermarks but they have been put in place to help cut down on the prolific theft of my artwork as well as to protect the commissioned art that was designed for my clients' use. It is an intensely frustrating thing seeing a design you worked so hard to create being reposted or even sold elsewhere without your knowledge or consent and that does not even begin to cover how my clients feel about it. And that is why the watermarks exist and are going to remain. Any snarky comments regarding them will be marked as spam. :bulletred:

Lineart: Micron Pen Size 03
Color: Copic Markers

I don't need anything done for myself personally, I just wanted to encourage you to branch out. We'd all love to see some new animals! Keep up the good work mate, cheers!

Thanks! But I didn't really find the answer to my question, although we have a lot in common! Can you help me out? (When you have the time!)

Your question was answered, just not titled "what scanner do you use?" directly:

"Q. Your pictures are always so bright and clear.  Do you have a special scanner?

A.  I had a Hewlett-Packard 1210 but I upgraded to a Canon Pixma MX850 scanner at the end of '08 so all my new pictures will be scanned with this one.  Once the art is scanned in, I use Photoshop to whiten the whites, darken the blacks, and, if the picture is a color one, bring the colors as close as possible to what the original art looks like in person. "
